Do you ship?

Yes! For orders 3 barrels or less follow this link to our product page. There you can shop our selection and check out using the desired shipping address of your choosing!

For orders 4+ Contact us directly for a freight quote. Freight offers you the best "bang for your buck" on shipping costs.

Why does my order not qualify for free shipping?

Shipping large items is not easy and factors such as traveling through mountain ranges, large distances, or other factors such as local regulations and tolls may increase our base pricing. If you don't see a free shipping option available at check out after you enter your shipping address that means your delivery area has additional shipping costs that are out of our control.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, instore, wholesale, or online, you are agreeing to the following conditions.

General (Apply to All):

Barrel and IBC Tote availability and pricing vary and are subject to change.

A 10% service/ processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions; An 8% service/ processing fee is applied to all other online payment transactions.

Barrels, IBC Totes, and barrel products are used condition, and uncleaned by MarketMax LLC; It is the responsibility of the buyer to clean properly in accordance with their use and at their own risk. These are "Sold As Is" products.

Metal barrels may have small dents, rust, or paint-less areas.

Barrels with rings may have small amounts of play in the fitment of the ring due to tolerances in manufacturing. 

We do not guarantee any watertight/ airtight performance from any barrel.

Broken rings are not eligible for returns/ replacement. Rings are checked to be in working order before sold. 

No labels are intentionally removed from any barrel by MarketMax LLC but may be trimmed or removed to omit sensitive information related to the business. However, labels also may be removed by suppliers, shipping, or external conditions we can not control, making our quality standards not all-encompassing. Therefore, labels may not come on all barrel or IBC tote orders.

Gallon sizes are estimated and not exact.

Common used condition traits include but are not limited to: Minor dents, scratches, scrapes, discoloration, rub marks, and roughed up bottoms.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. All sales are final.

Wholesale/ Bulk:

All orders are paid in full before processing begins.

All orders are not processed without a hold harmless agreement and purchase agreement are on file.

All outstanding balances must be paid before product is released.

Lead times are 1 week unless otherwise notated.

Orders exceeding $1000 in value must be paid through Wire Transfer. No C.C. or ACH Payments will be considered.

Quotes and inventory holds are only good for 5 business days without payment.

Delayed processing may result in changes to market freight rates which will be the responsibility of the consumer to pay/ settle before shipment.

Orders are conditionally approved and only available through our distribution center and not our retail locations.

When orders are marked as ready for pick up, said orders must be picked up within 10 business days or Storage Fees will occur.

Storage Fees are $2 per pallet per day.

If color is not specified in the ordering process, MarketMax LLC will arrange what is available and you may received a mixed coloration of barrels.

You have 7 business days to notify MarketMax LLC if you have issues with your order, damages, or missing items to have resolution attempts considered.

Shipping/ Delivery Orders:

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not absolute and only hand-delivered orders have guaranteed delivery dates expressed after the final payment is complete.

Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance after shipment has left our facility.

Return postage, for eligible returns, are the responsibility of the consumer to pay.

All returns/ refusals are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
